The ETI 2001 and 2003 thermometer kits are designed specifically for the food and catering industry with HACCP procedures in mind. Each kit comes with a penetration probe and an air wire probe. Choose between two models with different resolutions.

Each kit includes:
• ETI 2001 (0.1 or 1°C switchable) or ETI 2003 (1°C) digital thermometer
• Temperature log book
• Tub of anti-bacterial probe wipes
• ABS carrying case
• Penetration probe
• Air wire probe
• Certificate of calibration

ETI 2001/2003 features:
• LCD display with °C, hold, open circuit and low battery indication
• Type K thermocouple input

• ETI 2001:
-49.9 to 199.9 °C, accuracy ±0.5°C ±1% @ 0.1°C resolution
-50 to +1000°C, accuracy ±1°C ±0.5% @ 1°C resolution

• ETI 2003:
-50 to 1000°C, accuracy ±1°C ±0.5% @ 1°C resolution
