I can't find my country for the delivery address.
We can ship to any country, but the shipping calculation for countries outside Europe can get complicated so we prefer to take those orders over the phone so we can give you an accurate shipping price and sort out any import/export documentation. Please call the office on +44 (0) 1246 261999 to place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Via the internet we can accept Visa Credit, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Visa Debt/Electron. We are happy to accept cheques and if you wish to open up an account you can find details here, however your first transaction with us must be proforma.

How will you ship my goods?
We currently use Initial CityLink or Fastway as a courier, if you would like to use your own courier or want an alternative shipping method contact us. For European orders we use a door-to-door courier service.

How much will it cost to deliver my order?
United Kingdom shipping is £4.99 and free over £50.

We manufacture all of our sensors and have a wider range of products that are not on the website. If you require anything built to specification we will be able to quote you a price.
