Thermocouple Repair

Offset the cost of new sensors by using some of the still working components from your old sensors. Care will be taken to consider contamination risks, however probes can be repaired to an almost new condition.

UKAS Temperature Calibration

Temperature sensors can be calibrated to full UKAS standards up to 1600°C. Any number of points or a full range can be quoted. A certificate will be issued with the sensors.

Furnace Surveys

Furnace surveys can be carried out to demonstrate furnace uniformity. Your specification can be met, or the work can be done to any recognised standard. A certificate will be issued after work completion.

Platinum and rhodium alloy recycling

Rare metal thermocouples (type B, R and S) contain platinum & rhodium. You can reduce the cost of these sensors by offsetting the cost with scrap sensor components. We offer excellent recovery prices.

On-site Temperature Sensor Calibration

Certificates to show your equipment is working to specification. Full system calibration, loop calibration and instruments can be calibrated.
