There is a large variety of blocks that fit into terminal heads. Peak Sensors stock most types and can source other types on request. There are combinations of high and low temperature resistance, cable size acceptability, head compatibility and ease of use features. Thermocouples and resistance thermometers often need to be changed. To make this a quick process and avoid incorrect polarity problems, plugs and sockets are used.
